Brief About Myself

I started to study in ITB, majoring Mathematics in August 2006, then I was graduated from ITB in October 2010. ITB is the oldest technology-oriented Institute in Indonesia. Why is mathematics matters? Because mathematics is a tool to help us represent everything, even the way you assess this resume is using mathematics logics, surely. If you do comparing to find the best resume, that is mathematics logics. The most important thing that I get as a mathematics student, is that I learnt how to think reasonable in order to solve the problem systematically and logically, effective and efficient.
I love trying a new and unique technology. Why? Simple, because not everyone willing to do it. I believe that knowing something new and unique is always useful one day. That’s why, other than studying, I also worked as a system administrator and IT freelancer in the campus since January 2008. Today I'm familiar with some OS, such as Windows, FreeBSD, and Linux. Currently, I am working as an operations engineer in a fortune 100, Honeywell International.
The most important thing for me for a job is called people-development. So, I am hoping to get a better job that enable me to expand my personal experience while also provide great benefit to my employer.
Keyword: engineer, mathematics, technologist, look for a better job.

Academic Background

Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Focused on Combinatorial Mathematics.
Thesis: The Relative Frequency of Letters and Words in Bahasa Indonesia to Assist in Breaking an Encrypted Sentence.
Abstract: Information is everyone's need today. Basically, everyone wants a good information system. This is the reason why the science of cryptography invented. Cryptography is a study that learns how to hide and secure any information. On the other hand, another study on a special need that is on how to break a hidden information is being developed as well. This branch of study is called cryptanalysis. Classical cryptography works specifically by using a unique language. It is one of the reason why we need to have the statistics information on those languages. For some international language such as English, it is common to find those statistics. Unfortunately, that is not the case for Bahasa Indonesia. This thesis will discuss about finding relative frequency occurance of monogram, digram, trigram, and alphabet letters in Bahasa Indonesia to help us in conducting the classical cryptography.
